Hugo Eberhard, the guy from the picture. A few words about him:

Hugo studies mathematics at the University of Cambridge, Trinity College for 2.5 years already. When he was in school (which was just a few years ago) he is one of Sweden's most successful competitors, having won a silver medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2018 and gold medal in 2019, and bronze medals at the International Informatics Olympiad both in 2018 and 2019.

And this guy will talk about maths, careers and his own experience and thus give an answer to the main question of the seminar. He will also answer any of your questions :)
